Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

ERYILDIRIM Digital Operations provides monthly digital operations service packages, including Starter, Growth, and Full packages, together with one-time digital products such as templates, workflow files, and practical guides. The exact scope, deliverables, limits, and pricing for a service package are shown at the time of subscription or proposal acceptance.

2. Monthly billing and renewal

Service packages are monthly recurring subscriptions. They are billed monthly and auto-renew each month until cancelled. Advertising spend is separate from ERYILDIRIM Digital Operations' management fees and is paid directly by the client to the applicable advertising platform.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and pauses are handled manually rather than through a self-service system. To cancel or pause a monthly subscription, contact our team by email at eryildirimdigitalops@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. There are no lock-in contracts.

Refunds are governed by the refund terms shown during purchase. Please review those terms before completing a purchase; this section does not replace or change them.

4. Confidentiality and mutual NDA

All engagements are governed by mutual NDA from day one. By subscribing to any service package, both parties agree to keep confidential all business, technical, inventory, operational, and account information shared during onboarding and ongoing service delivery, effective from the first day of service. This includes, without limitation, listings, pricing strategies, lead data, credentials, and access to client platforms. Neither party may share or repurpose this information except as necessary to deliver or receive the agreed services.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete business information, timely access to the platforms and accounts required for delivery, and timely responses to onboarding questions, approvals, and other reasonable requests. Delays in receiving this information or access may affect delivery timing or the ability to perform the agreed scope.

6. Results and limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable care and professional judgment, but do not guarantee any specific revenue, sales, advertising, traffic, lead, or operational outcome. Results displayed on this site are historical or illustrative examples and are not a promise of future performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERYILDIRIM Digital Operations' total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the applicable services during the period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Governing law/jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Any dispute will be subject to the courts or dispute-resolution process of [Jurisdiction to be confirmed].

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice by email to active clients. Continued use of the services after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.
